Review Bark's founder Jane has prepared dogs for police work, defence and general household obedience. She was on the Board of Directors of the East American Ring Association, a flourishing canine community. She is a Professional Member of the Association of Professional Dog Handlers, a lifetime member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, and is Accredited (IAACB-ADT) through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
Jane has a Masters certificate in Microbiology and Biochemistry from California State University, where she studied the connection between canine breeds and temperament. She additionally has done research in Regulatory Affairs from New York State University in Canine Behaviour. She attended as an alumni understudy in an embryology and fetal advancement research facility where she fostered an interest in canine development, from treatment through birth.
Jane's first love is instructing and helping other people see the delight in a well trained dog. She has twelve instructional courses available in text and video format. These are used in industry and available to purchase on DVD
Jane Wilkinson
Jane has worked all her life training dogs for sport, competition and police work. She is on the management board of the East American Ring Association, a highly competitive sport dog association. She is also a certified trainer at the Canine Professionals alliance. At home Jane lives with her two Australian sheep dogs Barny and Wilco.
